"that the Bible needs to be matched with the changing cultural context....therefore stating that homosexuality is not a sin" attributed beliefs of Gladstone Adams, the Episcopal Diocese bishop. (from the News10 web site)

I say this is a Lie!!! I do not believe that we should target Mr Adams, instead we must target the concept of  a "changing cultural context"  (Eph 6:12 We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities....), but to the flesh and blood, people, we must show grace and forgiveness and love.

So this is my call to action. Please call or write the people of "The Church of the Good Shepherd". Don't just say you are behind them. Offer yourself to them. Be their help, their support, their answer to pray, be your own angel!

I have seen all the viral emails about God or “spiritual things”, but this is about being an active citizen of the Kingdom of God. Read this true news story reported on local TV and stand in support of your brothers and sisters. Be active, Don't just pass on this story, but do something!!!! We need to be who God calls us to be. Stand and be vocal! What the Episcopal Diocese is doing is evil, plain and simple. This Episcopal Diocese which should have been part of the bride of Christ has prostituted its self to the sins of the world, and is now seeking to do away with the voice of it's members who refuse to sleep in the bed of the enemy.

Strong and offensive words i know. But we must not let anyone believe that we think that "that the Bible needs to be matched with the changing cultural context....therefore stating that homosexuality is not a sin"

So this is my call to action. Please call or write the people of "The Church of the Good Shepherd". Don't just say you are behind them. Offer yourself to them. Be their help, their support, their answer to pray, read your Bible and believe it.

My focus right now is not whether homosexuality is sin, but rather changing who we say God is. We cannot be distracted. Lets not be tempted to fight the against Homosexuality when what is really being attacked is who the Bible says God is. Our salvation, our hope is in Christ and who He says He is.

Who we believe he is absolutely the most important thing in our lives! This is a here and now, and in the kingdom to come truth. God's word to us says (Ecc 1:9) that there is nothing new under the sun. There is not a sin today that was not already committed prior to the writing of the first page of the Bible. For them to say that homosexuality or ANY OTHER SIN is a "changing cultural context" is a lie. If we say God has changed or His ways have changed, then we speak as living dead. We would be without hope of salvation, because the one we hope in is not the one that has the power to save us. We are constructing a false god made in the image of convienience, only the Christ of the Bible has the power to save and deliver us. Any other Christ, any other god is a lesser god.

Will people really believe that the bible teaches us that the Earth is flat as Mr. Adams says in the News10 story? Yes, apparently even a bishop beleives that. False teachings (not the teacher) and the testimonies of false gods are the type tings we need to come against. To do this we all need to read more Bible and less opinions of the bible.

So this is my Call to action. Read your Bible and please call or write the people of "The Church of the Good Shepherd". Don't just say you are behind them. Do not forget them. Offer yourself to them. Be their help, their support, their answer to pray, be your own angel!  and read your Bible and believe it!

I have tried to contact them to tell them about my writing but i have not yet heard from them. We have offered to particapate in a benifit for them. We stand ready to help at there request. You can visit the web site here: http://binghamtongoodshepherd.com/
